Seeking non-attachment...even from a blog....

I've had a lot going on in my off blog life (Gee, now that would be my "real" life, wouldn't it?), and I've had some posts started--things I wanted to say--that got shelved for a few days because of sundry obligations, time constraints, etc.... And then when I returned to them I was unable to reclaim the inspiration and pick up the thread of my previous thoughts, what I thought was so important to say.... Well, that happens from time to time..... Oh well, I try to blog without a feeling of obligation. Attachment/clinging to a blog or some "blog identity" can cause "suffering" just as any other attachments can....

Just sayin'....

  1. I have about a 5... no, a 3 minute window to get some insight down on "pixels" before the reason behind it is POOF - Vanished!

thats right, I have THAT MANY brilliant insights in a day, that I can still manage to get some blogging in ...

on a car ride to the store- I may have anywhere from 5 to 15 blogworthy insights... I get home, even if I were to remember what they were, the impetus to get them down onto the keyboard- GONE!

ugh- its hard being me [/foolishsarcasm]

  2. Yes, I have many conflicts and lapses from my self-imposed "obligations" - but I am learning to let the wind take them away...

    Northland,
You sound like a wise man.
